摘　　要：根据液力变矩器产品焊接生产的实际要求 ,设计开发了一套机器人焊接制造单元系统 ,通过实际生产应用说明了以机器人为主的焊接制造单元能够很好地适应此类生产需求。In this paper, we develop a set of robot welding manufacturing cell to meet the requirement of welding production for torque converter. An arc welding robot is supported by a rotatable table with two workstations, each has two expanded axises of the robot.Now the cell is using in the real manufacturing process and can well meet the requirement of the manufacturing.
