摘 要:本文观察了离休干部260人,男性2582人,平均年龄为62.6±3.8岁,采用膳食改善前后自身对比,观察14个月.结果,膳食组成中脂肪从总热能的32.9%下降到26.8%,动物脂肪从49.0%降到39.0%,蛋白质从12.5%增加到13.0%,肥胖人数从33.3%减少到24.8%,高血压者从31.3%降到20.7%,高脂血症出现率从32.2%降到26.4%,高血糖者的出现率从16.4%降到14.2%,其平均血糖浓度从9.2±3.0mmol/L降到7.7±2.4mmol/L,可见适宜的营养素组成及食物构成对提高体质和防治心血管疾病的危险因素效果是较明显的.260 elders served as the subjects in the stndy with 258 as males and the mean age was 62.6±3.8 years old.The experimental period was 14 months.Some physiological and biochemical parameters were observed at the beginning and the end of the study.The results showed that the average fat contents of the diet taken in the preexperimental period was 32.9% of energy,in which 48.0% was from animal and that in the experimental period was lower (26.8%,in which 39.9% from animal) but PUFA contents was higher.Protein was slightly increased and the contents of vitamins and calcium were increased while common salt was decreased.After 14 months some parameters were lower than those at the initial,i.e.body weight 70.3kg (final) vs 72.1kg(initial);morbidity of obesity 24.8% vs 33.3% blood pressures 19.4/11.1kPa vs 21.2/12.4kPa;morbidity of hyperlipoidemia26.4% vs 32.2%;serum TC 6.1mmol/L vs 6.81mmol/L;serum TG 1.40mmol/L vs 1.80mmol/L.The results indicated that it is possible to modulate the dietary composition to improve the general health of the elders and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
