摘　　要：高等院校德育建设是一项重大的系统工程,德育工作者必须进一步解放思想,更新观念,树立与现代教育相一致的德育教育新观念,了解受教育者的心理需要,调整自己的德育措施,摸准大学生的思想脉搏,掌握教育大学生的主动权,有效地把大学生的德育建设做好。Moral education in high educational institutes is an important systematic project.Moral teachers are supposed to open their minds,renew their concepts to keep up with modern education,and adjust their teaching methods to students'different psychological needs,so as to achieve an effective teaching effect.
