高职生与本科生思想状况对比研究——高职生学习动力现状分析与思考

摘　　要：高职生与本科生最大的差距就在于部分学生学习动力不足 ,学习积极性不高。这既有学生本身的原因 ,又有学校、教师方面的原因 ,还有社会观念方面的原因。调动学生的学习积极性必须加强思想政治工作 ,培养学生正确的学习目的 ,转变教育观念 ,更新教学内容 ,改革教学方法 ,完善教学设施 ,建立约束机制和激励机制相结合的教学管理体制 ,并千方百计拓宽就业渠道。The biggest difference between college students and university students is that some college students lack studying motive force and their studying initiative is lower than university students. It not only owes to college students themselves and to the aspect of college and teachers, but also to the aspect of social concept. To bring college students' studying initiative into play we must strengthen the ideological and political work, cultivate correct studying goal, transfer educational concept, renew teaching content, reform teaching methods, perfect teaching facilities, set up a teaching management system which is combined restraining system with encouraging system and widen employed channel by every possible means.
