高校竞技运动可持续发展的对策研究

摘　　要：本文运用文献资料分析、逻辑推演及调研分析等研究方法,对高校竞技运动发展的现状及高校竞技运动可持续发展的对策做出研究。认为只有完善中学与高校之间的训练体系,重新确认高校竞技运动的培养目标,引进市场化运作来促进高校竞技运动的激励机制、管理制度的建立与完善,引进社会资源制度的改革,建立和完善高校竞技运动的竞赛体系,加快对高校竞技运动的立法工作等是高校竞技运动可持续发展的基本条件。This article was ways of archival date analyses logic. Deduction and investigation results analyses and tries to make a research on the current situation and the practicality of the sustained development of the contesting sports in the colleges and universities. In this article the author cites several basic conditions under which the contesting sports in the colleges and universities can have a sustained development. These conditions include perfect the exercising system between the high school and the colleges and universities reaffirm the cultivation aims of the athletes, introduce the market operations system to help the colleges and universities build encouraging and management system in the contesting sports, introduce the reform of the social resources distribution to let the contesting sports have more economic aids, build up and perfect the contesting institution. And quicken the legislation work on it.
