摘　　要：本文对汉语外来词的各种指称进行了综合考察,并对汉语外来词的内涵进行了分析,指出了以往汉语 外来词观存在的一些不足,对汉语外来词的性质、范围及确定标准等问题进行了探讨。This article comprehensively describes some references of Chinese loanwords and deeply analyses their intention. This article also exhaustively reveals the deviation in Chinese loanwords comprehending in the past and defines the character, range and criterion. Based on the study above, a definition of Chinese loanword is given.
