摘　　要：体育教师教育教学观念的转变是实现学校体育教育教学目标的关键,也是当前教育政策新形势下对体育教师提出的较为迫切的任务。对体育教师教育观念改变、更新的必要性与迫切性及实施观念转变更新的方法、途径,以及教育教学观急需改变的具体内容进行了讨论。The transition of P.E. teachers' education and teaching conception is the key to realize the educational and teaching goal of school sport and the urgent task that is put forward to the P.E. teachers under the new educational policy situation at present too.This text discusses the necessity and urgency of transition of P.E.teachers' education and teaching conception,and the way ,the newer methods and the concrete content the new teaching and education conception needs.
