摘　　要：通过对山西农业大学近年来校选课运行状况的分析 ,正确地认识和看待高校校级选修课程与选修教学和整体教学的关系 ,学校教学管理与学生选课自由权的关系 ,学校教学管理与教师增选权利及学生私选行为的关系 ,高校教师教学工作量的认定与校级选修教学课程考核和成绩报送的关系 ,从而树立高校教育管理信息化战略发展理念 ,建立科学、高效。By analysing of the recent-year situation of school elective courses in Shanxi Agricultural University,we should give a proper understanding and treatment of the relations between school teaching of elective courses and teaching of elective courses and teaching of whole courses in college,college's teaching regulation and students' free-electing-course rights,college's teaching regulation and teachers' rights of adding some students and students' action of private electing,recognition of teaching load of college teachers and examnation of school elective courses and reportment of achievemont。Moreover,we should establish the information-strategy development notion and set up the scientific,effective and normal information-body in college educational management.
