摘　　要：本文对何炳棣先生提出的《孙子兵法》早于《老子》之说,进行具体考释,比较《孙》、《老》之思想相通处,进一步证实《孙》早于《老》的说法,并论述《老》从《孙》中借鉴的内容。This article studies in detail Mr He Bingdi's saying of Sun Zi On the Art of War was written earlier than Lao Zi. The interlink of ideas of the two is compared to confirm further the saying, and reveals the content which Lao Zi used for reference from Sun Zi.
