摘 要:利用瞬态微粒测量系统 ,对增压中冷柴油机瞬态工况下微粒的排放特性进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,瞬态工况下微粒的排放量高于稳态工况 ,且随转矩变化率的增加微粒排放量明显增加 ,在低转速时更为明显。由于瞬态工况下进气量的增加滞后于燃油的增加 ,使得燃烧质量恶化 ;燃烧室内的温度相对于燃油喷射的滞后 ,也导致了瞬态工况下的微粒排放量的增加。Particulate emission characteristics of a turbo-charged and mid-cooling diesel engine under transient operating conditions were studied by a transient measurement system. The results showed that PM emission under transient operating condition was higher than that under static operating condition and would increase with the increment of torque changing rate, which was even more obvious under low speed conditions. As the increase of air flowrate was slower than that of fuel under transient operating conditions, the combustion quality would be getting worse. A delay of the combustion chamber temperature to the fuel injection would also lead to an increase of PM emission.
