摘　　要：采用文献资料法,从培养人才的角度认识"扬长教育"的重要性,思考高校体育教学存在的问题,提出高校体育教学改革应从转变教育观念出发,重视学生体育意识的培养,以"扬长"为切入点,为成功奠定基础。It is of importance to pay attention to the 'Advantage Education' and think about problem of university physical education with document information analysis method.Education innovation must be from changing the education concept at first.To cultivate students physical education sense and make the 'advantage education' should be as an point of contact for the basis of success.
