由玉米浸渍水生产植酸的研究

摘  要:采用正交实验法。先将玉米浸渍水通过阴离子交换树脂吸附植酸,同时除去水中杂质,然后用一定浓度的氢氧化钠溶液解吸生成植酸钠,解吸液继续通过阳离子交换树脂即可得到植酸稀溶液,然后再使用升降膜式真空浓缩蒸发器浓缩植酸溶液到一定浓度即得到了产品植酸。通过对正交实验的结果用极差法进行处理,得到了提取植酸的最佳工艺条件:原料液吸附空速为3h-1,解吸剂解吸空速为2h-1,解吸液吸附空速为4h-1,解吸剂浓度为5%,解析温度为50℃。通过重复实验证明,此实验结果的重现性很好。Orthogonal experiments were adopted in the present study. First, the corn-steeping water was passed through an anion exchange resin to adsorb phytic acid, while the impurities in the water was removed. Then, sodium hydroxide solution with appropriate concentration was used to elute the phytic acid and the sodium phytate was formed. The eluate past through another ion exchange resin, and then the dilute phytic acid solution was obtained. Finally, the phytic acid solution was concentrated in a climbing-falling film vacuum concentration evaporator to designed concentration, and the phytic acid product was thus prepared.Through treating the results of orthogonal experiments with data extreme difference method, the optimum technical conditions were determined as follows. The adsorption space velocity of raw material liquid is 3h-1, the desorption space velocity of desorbent is 2h-1, the adsorption space velocity of desorbing liquid is 4h-1, the concentration of desorbent is 5%, and the temperature of desorption is 50℃. The repetition experiments show that the experimental results have good reproducibility.
