摘　　要：为适应体育教育专业人才需求的变化,高师专科体育教育专业应确定新的人才培养目标及规格、优化 课程体系、加强师资队伍 建设 、改进 教学方法及评价方法,加强对学生的 综合素质教育,以提高毕业 生 就业的竞争力 。As the social demand for professional of physical education changing,the quality-oriented education of graduates should be strengthened in normal colleges of Hebei. Therefore, from the respects of confirming the new training objective of talent and specification,optimizing the course system,strengthening the construction of teachers'staffs,improving the condition for running a school,ameliorating the teaching method and appraisement, we have proposed the countermeasures of improving educating professional students' overall qualities of sports of our college, offered the theoretical foundation for the development of physical education in the future.
