山苍籽及其精油研究利用现状分析

摘　　要：我国有着丰富的山苍籽资源。山苍籽油在香料、医药、食品添加剂、饲料等许多领域都有着广泛的作用。本文对山苍籽油的提取方法、性质、成分、应用等方面的研究进展作了较系统的总结,并对山苍籽油应用前景作了展望。China has plentiful resources of litsea cubeba oil which contains 60% ～ 80% citral. Litsea cubeba oil is widely used in many fields such as spicery、medicament、food additive、 foodingstuff and so on. The author summarized the actuality of the extracting methods、character、 chemical constituents and applications of the litsea cubeba oil,and made a vista of the applications of the Litsea cubeba oil.
