摘　　要：原产地域产品保护制度是世界通行的国际品牌保护制度.福建名茶是具有原产地保护特征的传统优势农产品.本文阐述了福建名茶与产地的渊源关系及原产地域产品的保护作用,概述了福建名茶原产地保护的现状与展望.The system of protection of products from original producing areas is a part of the current international brand-name protection system in the world. Fujian famous tea varieties are the traditional preponderant farm-products with the characteristics of original producing area protection. This paper expounds the relationship between Fujian famous tea varieties and their original producing areas and the role of protection of the products from original producing areas, and describes the present situation and prospects of original producing area protection of Fujian famous tea varieties.
