摘　　要：我国海盐的生产历史悠久，主要经历了海水煎煮成盐、先制卤后煎盐、先制卤后晒盐、海水直接晒制成盐──滩晒的科学化几个阶段。本文详细介绍了几个阶段的具体内容，对我国海盐科技史作了考证，旨在说明：只有科学技术的发展，才能推动海盐生产技术向前发展。Abstract Our country has a long history with sea salt production. It mainly passed boiling salt with sea water. The main stages such as making salt by boiling method making brine applying solar energy,making salt in sunshine and etc. were very effective. The paper introduces such stages in detail. It explained that only science and technology were developed,the technology of sea salt production could be advanced.
