影响我国高校心理咨询活动开展的主要因素及对策

摘　　要：我国高校开展心理咨询活动已有十余年的历史 ,目前能自觉运用心理咨询克服各种心理问题的大学生仅占 1～ 2 % ,影响高校心理咨询活动开展的主要因素表现在两个认识上的误区 :1、心理问题“思想化”和心理问题“生理化” ;2、心理咨询“德育化”和心理咨询“治疗化”。因此要推动高校心理咨询活动深入开展 ,必须加强高校心理咨询与“四个方面结合”。Psychological counseling has been carried out for more than ten years in colleges and universities,At present only 1～2%of college students can deal with psychological problem through psychological counseling.The main factors affecting psychological counseling are as follows:1.psychological problem acting as “ideology and physiology”;2.psychological counseling acting as “ideological and political education”and“therapy”,Therefore,it is quite necessary for colleges and universities to reinforce the psychological counseling and “the combination of four aspects”.
