适应教师教育专业化要求 深化高师教育改革

摘  要:传统的师范教育在体制上更大程度上是一种职前预备教育,与职后教育没有实质性的联系;在教育内容上理论脱离基础教育的实际;在培养的模式上,突出了“三中心”,即以学科知识为中心,以课堂教学为中心,以教师为中心。根据教师教育专业化的要求,提出高师教育改革的策略:科学地定位人才培养目标;学科结构综合化与专业设置多元化;注意教育创新,实现教学方式多样化;贯彻终身教育思想,实现师资培养、培训的一体化。The traditional education in teachers’ colleges is in system a pre-education before working, and has no virtual relations with the post-work education. Its Theories in education is divorced from the reality in fundamental education, and its cultivation pattern highlights three centers, namely, centering around subject knowledge, around class teaching, and around teachers. According to the specialization requirements, the paper puts forward how to improve education reform in teachers’ colleges, namely, to orient scientifically the cultivating aims, to establish the subject structure comprehensively and the major pluralistically, to stress education creation to realize pluralistic teaching methods, and to implement the idea of life-long education to integrate the cultivation and training of teachers-to-be.
