护生法律意识培养途径探析

摘　　要：随着医疗体制改革日益深化,病人的自我保护意识不断增强,医疗纠纷已成为受社会和民众关注的问题。防范医疗纠纷的关键是增强医护人员的法律意识。为防范护生在实习过程中发生医疗纠纷,医院在护生课程设置中,全面加强法律观念,抓好实习前教育,重点加强对临床实习的全程跟踪管理,将法律意识的培养贯穿于教育始终,取得了良好的效果,6届护生在临床实习过程中的护理差错发生率为0。With the reform of the health care system and the enforcement of patients’consciousness of self-protection,medical dispute has become an important issue which the society and public pay much attention to.One of the key point to prevent medical dispute is to strengthen the legal conception of medical staff.In order to prevent nursing students involving in nursing dispute in the period of clinical practice,our hospital carried out the following measures to cultivate nursing students’ legal conception in the whole process of education,such as enforcing the students’ legal consciousness in the basic courses of nursing;paying much attention to the education before the students practice in the clinical setting;strengthening the supervision during the whole period of clinical practice.These measures achieved favorable effect and there was no any nursing error involving in nursing students during their clinical practice in the recent 6 years.
