摘　　要：民间体育游戏具有文化性与娱乐性的显著特征,本实验研究证明它们对幼儿身心的和谐发展具有较为明显的短、长期效应,因此有必要遵循继承与改造相结合的原则将民间体育游戏纳入幼儿园健康教育体系。Folk gym games possess outstanding culture and entertainment characters. The following experimental research confirms that such games have long-term or short-term benefits to children's physical and mind health. It's necessary to adapt these games to the current health education system in kindergarten.
