摘　　要：论述继续医学教育作为终身性医学教育 ,对提高卫生专业技术人员的能力和素质发挥的重要作用。针对目前卫生防病系统继续医学教育存在的一些问题 :如认识不到位 ;经费紧张 ;内容局限 ,形式单一 ;现行管理办法有待提高 ;学用脱节 ,偏重学历 ,忽视知识积累等提出要更新观念 ,充分认识继续医学教育的重要性 ;开展多层次、多形式、多学科的继续医学教育 ;逐步建立激励和制约机制 ;As a kind of lifetime education, CME plays an important role in improving the capability and quality of technical personnel. Although there are still a lot of problems in CME of Public Disease Control and prevention, we should realize the importance of CME. It can be developed in various forms, levels and fields. It's also necessary to set up incentive mechanism and restriction mechanism, enhance the assessment of effect.
