摘　　要：近年来 ,凝胶软糖用防粘油被广泛地应用于高档凝胶软糖 ,其具有提高糖果透明度、防止糖果相互粘结和抗氧化等优点 ,在本研究中 。Antisticking oils have been used in high-quailty jellies manufacture recently.Antisticking oils can increase the transparency of jelly,have a good antisticking properties and good resistance to oxidation.Analytical results show the antisticking oils consist of coconut oil and wax.
