摘　　要：《基础教育课程改革纲要 (试行 )》的颁布和实施 ,标志着我国基础教育改革进入了一个新的时期 ,它将对教师教学观念的更新、知识结构的调整和教学方式的转变、教育能力的提高产生深远的影响。教师在基础教育课程改革中 ,将不断实现自我更新 ,提升自身素养。The enforcement of 'The essentials of curriculum Reform of the Basic Education'(Trial Edition) marks a new phase of the national basic education reform. it has a great effect on the renewal of teacher's teaching ideas, the adaptation of the knowledge construction, the changing of the teaching methods and the improvement of the educational ability. in the curriculum reform of the basic education, teachers should renew themselves and improve their own accomplishment.
