摘 要:[目的 ]探讨以问题为基础的教学 (PBL)在《急救护理学》大课教学中的应用效果。 [方法 ]实验组在《急救护理学》大部分理论课中采用了PBL ;对照组均采用传统课堂讲授法。 [结果 ]实验组对PBL法的各项教学效果评价均较好 ;期末考试成绩与对照组相比较 ,总分、选择题、问答题及综合分析题得分有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ] :PBL可提高《急救护理学》大课教学的教学效果。Objective: to probe into the applying effect of probl em based learning (PBL) used in the course of “Emergency Nursin g Science” teaching. Method: students of test group had their theoretical class of “Emergency Nursing Science” via PBL teaching. While students of control gr oup just were taught in traditional method. Result: all items of teaching effect assessment in test group students who accepted PBL method were b etter than that of control group students.And in terms of total sco re, scores of multiple-choice test, essay question, and comprehensive analysis ques tions of final examination, there were statistical significances compared to tha t of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: applying PBL could enha nce the teaching effect of class teaching of “Emergency Nursing Science”.
