摘　　要：定义了一个类似于Dedekind和的新的和式广义Cochrane和,并利用初等方法研究了它的一个算术性质,给出并证明了类似于广义Dedekind和的恒等式的另一个恒等式。This paper is to define a new sum of generalized Cochrane Sum analogous to the Dedekind Sum. Also,the elementary method is used to study the arithmetical property of generalized Cochrane Sum; and another identity is given which analogous to the identity of the generalized Dedekind Sum.
