摘　　要：讨论了亚半正定矩阵的左右逆特征值问题有解的充要条件,并在有解时给出了这种解的一般表达式。The necessary and sufficient conditions for left and right inverse eigenvalue problem of semipositive subdefinite matrices are studied.The explicit expressions for general solutions are given when the conditions are held.
