摘 要:本研究对我国7个地区产后1~6个月的1 013名乳母进行了膳食调查。结果表明,各地区乳母产后一个月内动物性食物的摄取量较高,平均为349g,蛋白质摄取量为97 g,但维生素C的摄入量只有32 mg。从产后第2个月开始乳母蛋白质摄取量达不到RDA值。各月组乳母的热能摄入量基本相同,平均为每天9 753 kJ。所有被调查乳母膳食中最显不足的是钙、锌和核黄素。各地区同一月组乳母营养素摄取量间有很大差别。Dietary intake of 1013 lactating mothers in the first 6 months of lac- tation were investigated. These lactating mothers came from seven areas of China.The results indicated that the average intake of foods from animal source for the lactating mothers in the first month of lactation was 349g/d which was much higher than that in the rest months of lactation.The average protein intake of the lactating mothers in the first month was the highest with an average value of 97g/d. But the average vitamin C intake of them in this period was very low with an average value of 32mg/d. The average protein intake was lower than RDA from the second month of lactation.The average energy intake of all lactating mothers was 9753kJ/d, which was similar with the lacta- tion proceeded.The intakes of calcium, zinc and vitaminB2 were all insufficient.There were differences in nutrients intakes among areas.
