摘　　要：本文分析了国外企业实习是贴近国外社会实际、收效大的一种进行国际化教育的做法,介绍了清华大学与世界一流跨国公司合作组织学生前往实习的案例。文章建议我国大学应该积极主动地开发利用世界一流跨国企业这种优质教育资源。This paper analyses the student internship at overseas enterprise and holds it as a unique model of internationalized education. It is closer to the reality of overseas society and more effective in comparing with others modes. This article introduces the case of the cooperation on student internship between Tsinghua University and multinational corporation. It is concludes that world-class multinational corporation is a kind of good educational resource, and student internship at overseas enterprise is a win-win model of international education cooperation for university and enterprise, as well as for student.
