改革高等师范教学,着力培养研究型教师

摘　　要：研究性学习是近几年我国教育理论与实践领域提出的一个崭新的教育改革课题,实施研究性学习课程在调动学生学习的积极性、主动性,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力等方面具有重要的意义。研究性学习,需要具备研究型的教师,高等师范教学要从教学的观念、教学内容和结构、师范性的问题意识、研究和创新能力以及反思能力等方面入手培养研究型的教师。Inquiry-based learning is a new education reformation theme that was posed in the field of China' s teaching theory and practice in the last three years. The practice of Inquiry-based learning course has important significance in arousing students' enthusiasm and initiative, training their creative and practicing abilities. Research-oriented teachers are necessary for the inquiry-based learning of the students. The training of the research-oriented Teachers need to change the education thought and consciousness of problem-researching in teachers' profession; reform the teaching content and process and train their researching, creative and reflective abilities.
