摘　　要：全文介绍了稀奶油及其相关制品的种类、特性及生产过程;不同稀奶油产品在生活中的应用情况及目前在生产与使用中仍然存在的问题。其中着重介绍了目前生活中广泛使用的搅打稀奶油,同时探讨了未来稀奶油产品的市场发展趋势。This paper introduces the category, characterization and the manufacturing process;, and the dif-ferent applications of different products and existent problems.
