摘　　要：信息化环境中，高校教师教育技术的培训已成为高校教师继续教育的一项重要内容。如何开展高校教师教育技术培训，使培训达到预期的结果是值得研究的课题。本文就此在理论和实践研究的基础上对培训的目标、内容、方法等方面进行了分析和探讨，以期对高校教师教育技术的培训工作有所帮助。In the IT based environment,educational technology training for college teachers has become an important component of the continuing education of college teachers. Some questions,such as how to put the training into practice and how to attain the anticipant result,are raised and asked for further study.This article suggests some solutions to those questions.Basing on the research into theory and practice,it analyzes and discusses the trainings objectives,contents,and methods etc.The article is expected to throw some light on the present educational technology training.
