摘　　要：可持续发展已是时代主题。成人高等教育要实现可持续发展，首先要转变教育观念以确立成人高教应有的地位；其次要构建一套符合成人教育特色的教学体系以保证教育质量；再次要建立一个开放、灵活、高效的办学体制和运行机制以增强竞争力和活力；最后要培养适应社会和经济发展的人才以保持先进性。Sustainable development has been the main topic of the times. In order to fulfil the sustainable development of higher adult-education, firstly, we must change the concept of education to establish a proper position for higher adult-education. Secondly, we must set up a set of teaching system suitable to the feature of adult-education to guarantee teaching quality. Thirdly,we must set up an open,flexible and effective system of running schools and operating the system to revitalize competitive power and vitality. Finaly, we must train qualified persons corresponding with social and economic development to remain advanced.
