《淮南子》对成教德育教育的启示

摘　　要：随着我国改革开发程度的日益加深，道德价值多元化，道德冲突日益激烈；成教德育工作受到严峻的考验。本文尝试从古人的智慧中挖掘出一些重要的思想，以给当代的德育工作提供启示。《淮南子》强调道德教育应循性而教、以神化人、重视心灵沟通以及率先垂范等思想对成教德育工作具有宝贵的借鉴作用。With China's reform and open policy carried out more deeply,the various moral values and more violent conflict of morals test the moral education of adult education. This article tries to find out some important thoughts in Huai Nan Zi and get enlightenment from it. Huai Nan Zi stressed that moral education must be done according to everybody's character,implant the moral principles into everybody's mind ,emphasize the communication by heart and establish a good model for others,and these factors can still be used for reference.
