摘　　要：提高函授教育质量是增强函授教育生命力和活力的关键。本文从教学管理和学籍管理等方面提出了一些有效地改进措施，其目的在于提高函授教育的效益和效率，以适应日益发展的成人高等教育形势。The most important thing for amplifying the vigour of correspondence education is to improve its quality. There are some improvement methods in the management of teaching program to enhance the education efficiency to fit in with the situation of Chinese adult higher education.
