摘　　要：加强对各继续教育办学机构的质量评估与监控，是提高继续教育质量的重要手段。本文从办学机构应真正树立“质量至上”的理念，把办学质量放在首位；制订科学而切实可行的继续教育评估指标体系采取多种措施，加强对继续教育质量的评估与监控；建立与国际接轨的ISO9000教育质量认证体系，进一步提高继续教育质量等四个方面论述了加强继续教育的质量评估与监控的方法。The intensification of the evaluation and supervis ion of the quality of all in-service education school-running organs are an im por tant means to raise the quality of in-service education.In this thesis are ela borated the methods of strengthening the in-service education evaluation and su pervision from the four aspects as follows:first of all,the school-running or gans should really set up the primacy of quality a nd place the school-running quality at the foremost position;secondly, the scientific and feasible system of in- service education evaluation should be de- signed; thirdly,multiple measures should be taken to intensify the evaluatio n and supervision of the quality of in-service education and fourthly,TSP9000 education quality identification system should be established to integrate into the international conventions and thus to further raise the quality of in-serv ice education.
