提高成人高等教育质量亟须加强教育内部管理

摘　　要：关注教育质量，人们通常较多的注重办学条件，而相对不重视“向管理要效率”。本文认为要提高成人高等教育质量急需加强教育内部管理。以新的教育理念来更新并提升质量管理意识，充分利用、开发教育资源，加强师资队伍建设与管理，盘活现有存量。以新的教育方法手段来强化教学过程管理，确保教育质量。Concerning the quality of education,people usually p ay more attention to the conditions for running a school,but do not attach impor tance to 'how to procure efficiency from management'.In this article,our view is that we have urgent need to strengthen the management within education to i mprove the quality of advanced adult education.We should use new educational con cept to renew and intensify the quality consciousness of management,develop an d make full use of educational resoures,strengthen the teacher group at teachin g and management level.At the same time,new educational methods and means should be applied to strengthen the management of teaching process in order to guarant ee the quality of education.
