网络教育在我国的发展

摘　　要：网络教育是是以计算机网络技术，卫星通讯技术为基础，以多媒体技术为主要手段、以学习者为中心，旨在使每一位学习者都能得到充分学习的教育。网络教育模式在我国尚处于实验阶段，尚存在诸多问题。为此，我们要尽快推出网络教育法规，规范网络教育的发展，使其健康有序，组织人力深入研究网络教育规律。Network education is based on computer net work technology and satellit e communication technology, with learners as the center, aiming at providing suf ficient education for all learners. Network education pattern is still in experi ment phase, so many problems still exist. Therefore we should be quick to lay do wn educational rules and laws, standardizing its development, so that it can dev elop heathily and in order. We should make further research into the law in netw ork education with organized force.
