高职院校教师流失的特点分析及对策研究

摘　　要：高职院校迅猛发展的同时，也面临着日益严峻的教师流失。在分析了高职院校教师流失的特点的基础上，提出了高职院校面对教师流失的对策。Now higher vocational schools are speedily developing , but they are faced with increasingly severe loss of teachers. This article ana lyses the characteristics of loss of teachers in higher vocational schools, and put up with solutions to this problem.
