摘 要:当前,我国部分乡村中学在青年教师的培养与管理工作中陷入了一些误区。管理观念的陈旧,对教师培养工作的不重视或流于形式,积分竞赛制度的推行,使得学校管理工作愈加被动,走向恶性循环。学校领导应树立管理新观念,废除单纯以经济手段激励人、以制度和权力治理人的做法,而应多基于教师人性的考虑,因时因地因人制宜,探索出一套适合本校校情的管理模式。At present, there are some mistaken views on the tra i ning and management for inexperienced teachers in part of country schools in chi na. The outdated concepts, the ignorance of teachers' training or the practice o f integral contesting system which has become a mere formality makes the managemen t of schools more passive and get into vicious circulation. So the leaders of sc h ools must build up a new concept of management, that is to abolish the doings of encouraging people merely by economic means or managing people by rules and powe rs and try to alter measures to individual person, different occasions and vario us local conditions, explore a set of management modes that adapt to conditions o f their own schools on the basis of considering teachers' human instinct.
