摘　　要：适应国际信息化发展潮流，我国教育也积极回应这种挑战，注重对青少年学生进行信息交流技术的教育。这场高起点的改革也不可避免地遭遇各种阻力，其中最紧迫的是如何提高基础教育阶段教师自身的信息交流技术，以满足新课程计划提出的课程整合要求。在对教师进行常规轮训的同时应明确开展校本培训的意义，并在培训中注重实效。Adapting to the development of the information moder nization,the education of our country also pays great attention to teach the yo ung students to master information technology.In order to realize the target,t he most important thing is to improve the information technology level of the te achers.How could we improve the teachers’ level? Besides the routine training ,we must attach importance to school-based training.
