摘  要:随着成人高等教育的不断发展,教学质量越来越受到重视,当前办学规模与教学管理不相适应,素质教育与受教育者目标取向、创新教育与现行的培养模式相冲突,教学质量评价体系不尽完善等因素影响着成人教育教学质量的提高。本文从强化教学管理,以管理促进教学;在教学中,充分发挥学生主体和教师主导作用,并使两者有机结合;根据成人教育的特点,建立科学完善的督导和评价体系三方面,研究提高成人教育质量的对策。The teaching quality is increasingly paid attention to with the development of adult academic education.Many factors constrained it s improvement, such as the conflict between students learning purpose,education model and newly accomplishment education,creativity education,imperfect teach ing quality evaluation system,etc.The article argues for three improvement measurem ent .First,enhancing teaching management is necessary.Second,there is a combinat ion of students' principal part with teachers’ leading role in the teaching act ivity.Finally, a scientific and perfection supervision and evaluation system m ust be built according to peculiarity of adult education.
