摘  要:建立测定保健食品中微囊化β-胡萝卜素的分光光度法, 采用正交设计确定了提取β-胡萝卜素的最佳条件,样品 经酶解,用氯仿提取后,转至环已烷溶剂中,在454nm波 长下测吸收值,通过E值计算其含量。方法的回收率为 92 5%-96.6%.相对标准偏差为2.4%-2.6%。结果表明,该 方法具有准确、简便的特点。A spectrophotometric method to measure the content of the microencapsulated (3 -carotene in health foods has been established. The most suitable condition of extracting 3 -carotene were found by orthogonal tests. The sample was hydrolyzed by enzymes, extracted with chloroform and transferred into cyclo-hexane. The absorption value was measured at 454nm. The content was calculated based on the value of absorption coefficient E. The recovery rate of the method was 92.5%-96.6%, the relative standard deviation was 2.4%-2.6%. The result shows that method has the accurate and simple characteristics.
