控制我国北方高水分玉米劣变的通风干燥技术

摘　　要：介绍我国北方高水分玉米的治理概况.采用效果好、能耗低、实用性强的通风降水系统,可将含水量16～20%的玉米水分降下来,高于20～26%的水分采用东北地区的烘干降水技术,可将水分降至安全储藏要求,这是防止品质劣变的唯一有效方法.A general survey of the storage of high-moisture corn in North China was described in the paper. The corn moisture content at 16-20% could be reduced to the standard of safe storage effectively with low power consumption and practical ventilation system for moisture reduction. For the moisture at 20～26%,however,the drying tehnique for moisture reduction should be applied to maitain safe storage, which was the only effective measure to protect the corn from deterioration.
