摘　　要：“诚信”是中国传统美德之一。也是现行道德教育的德目体系的核心内容。随着时代的变迁与发展,“诚信”的形式和内涵在不断更新与丰富。本文在对“诚信”传统美德的特点和诚信的道德心理结构进行理性分析思考的基础上,认为“诚信”作为人类自然道德法则.是人类道德生活的最重要的公共精神产品,它有着无穷的历史发展张力,具有鲜明的时代品质特征。并探讨在市场经济条件下,如何对其进行高层次的复归。Honesty- trust' is one of Chinese traditional morality and essential element of current morals education system. Keeping pace with the times, its form and essence have converted and ripened. The authors consider its characteristics and morality psychological structure with rational analyses. ' Honesty-trust', as humanity natural moral principles, is the most important public spiritual product in moral living entity, has great potentialities in self- developing history and distinctive epoch- making feature. This paper probed into how to restore'honesty - trust' during the market-oritented economic reform in China.
