摘 要:减少医学基础课中的实验课学时,这是大家平时常想到而没有提出来的一个问题。在今天,一方面医学知识剧增,学生课时负担过重,另一方面又要培养学生自学能力,增加自学时间。要解决这个矛盾,应该从多方面着手。胡盛麟教授从中美医学实验课历史发展比较中明确提出,理论课与实验课学时之比1:1并不是经典数据,调整和减少实验课学时是可能的。本刊发表这篇研究报告,希望广大教师、教学管理干部积极撰稿、投稿,对这个问题提出宝贵意见和看法。Nowadays, because of the great expansion of medical knowledge medical students are subjected to an increasingly heavy burnden in school work. On the other hand there is a need to offer students more time for their selfstudy so as to cultivate their ability in selfstudy. This contradiction would be minimized by several ways. Professor Hu Shenglin, who has made a compa- rision between the historical development of medical laboratory instruction in China and that in the U. S. A, has clearly pointed out that it is possible to adjust and shorten the class hours of laboratory instruction. The class hour ratio of one to one of the classroom instruction to the laboratory in- struction currently emphasized in our country, is not a classical one.
