摘　　要：从知识经济时代的人才观入手 ,阐述了二十一世纪高校体育教师应该具备的六大素质 ,并以此为依据剖析了目前我国高校体育教师队伍中存在的种种问题 ,提出了构建高素质的现代化体育教师队伍的设想。This article elaborates the six qualities of P.E. teachers in universities from the point of view of talented persons of the economic knowledge times.Based on this, it analyses the problems existing in the P.E. teachers in universities and puts forward the proposal of cultivating modern P.E. taechers of high qualities.
