摘　　要：比较了用于了ＩｎＧａＡｓＰ／ＩｎＰ系的几种腐蚀液的选择性刻蚀效果并给出了最佳选择性刻蚀条件。The effect of selective-etching of some etchants for InGaAsP/InP system iscompared and the best selective-etching conditions are given.
