摘　　要：对所研制的麦芽生产工艺流程作了全面地介绍。该系统测控系统是由主控室的ＬＢＭ－ＡＴ－２８６主机与生产车间的６台从机进行联网，组成一个分布式的测控系统。This paper mainly describes the measurement and control problem of barleybuds that is the primary raw materials of the beer in productive technological process.The sys-tem consists of IBM－AT／286 master computer in main control room and 6 slave computersof single chip microcomputer system. That formes a nework，which is a distributed measurementand control system.
