香菇不同生长发育阶段细胞超微结构的变化

摘　　要：通过电镜技术，观察香菇生长发育阶段中菌盖细胞内的细胞器和颗粒状物质，发现原基细胞的细胞质背景颜色较淡，细胞核和线粒体结构轮廓清晰；幼菇和成菇期菌盖细胞质背景颜色增深，线粒体增大增多，核仁变大，但核膜轮廓模糊。另外，该期中还出现大量的分布广泛的糖原颗粒；开伞期，菌盖细胞内形成较大的中央液泡和周边液泡，玫瑰花状的糖原颗粒明显聚集在细胞核和线粒体周围，核膜消失，核仁变成不规则状。内含零星糖原颗粒。With the technique of electron microscopy, we observed changes of organelles and particulate matters of the cap cell at different development stages ofLentionus edodes. Lightly colored background of cytoplasm, small mitochondrlon anddistinctive nucleus were observed at primordium stage.At immature fruitbody stage,background color of cytoplasm turns dark, mitochondria become more and larger, nucleolus extends but the outline of nuclear envelop becomes obscure.otherwise, at thisstage, there are a large amount of glycogen particles.At opening stage, large vacuoleforms in cap cell,cell wall seperates from plasmalemmasome,lomasome appears insome cell and glycogen particles assemble around nucleus and mitochondrion,and necleolus becomes irregular shape.
