摘 要:本文对雅南猪胴体品质与所测生化性状间的相关性进行了研究。结果表明:Tf(cc)型猪肉质显著好于TF(BB)型和Tf(BD)型,后者产生PSE猪肉的可能性较大;雅南P猪(o-1)(AB)型对肌肉贮存损失的影响极显著大于P(0-1)AA型(P<0.01),杂交猪P(0-1)AA型对背膘厚和脂肪率的影响显著大于P(0-1)AB型(P<0.05),Pa(AB)型对膘厚、脂肪率的影响显著大于Pa(AA)型(P<0.05);不同体重阶段血清中β-及前β-脂蛋白含量与瘦肉率呈负相关,与脂肪率呈正相关。The results of this experiment showed that the meat quality effected by TfCC was significntly better than that or byTf(BB) of Tf(BD), in latter more PSE pork would be detected either in Ya'nan pig or in hybrids, the serum Poo-1 type with dominant effect to meat drip lose in Ya'nan pigs, but in crossbred L×Ya(F1) the evident effect to backfat thickness and fat percentage was detected,the serum β- and pre β-lipoprotein in three stages of body weight was correlated positively with the carcass fat percentage but negatively with lean percentage. Then suggested that these protein plymorphisms should be used as marker in swine breeding program for early selection, the contents of serumβ-and pre β-lipoprotein in 30-35kg of Ya'nan and in 60-70kgg of Hybrids may be the best traits and profitable stages for selection to carcass leanpercentage and fat percentage respectevely.
